The conditions for starting ZJ centrifugal slurry pump
(1) Check the pump according to the routine inspection requirements of the pump before startup.
(2) Confirm that the pump pipeline has been connected, the concentration bin has been selected, the water inlet valve has been opened, the selected thickener has been operated, the slag discharge valve and flushing valve of the thickener have been closed, and the slag discharge pump is interlocked.
(3) Check that there are no sundries in the slag pool and the water level is greater than 1.2m.
(4) Check that the agitator corresponding to the slurry pump has been started and is normal.
(5) Adjust the frequency converter of slurry pump to less than 10%.
(6) Start the slurry pump on DCS, and slowly adjust the frequency of the frequency converter after the outlet valve is fully opened to meet the water volume of the reuse tank.
(7) After the centrifugal slurry pump starts normally, pay attention to the coordination of the effluent of pump and effluent of the reuse pump and water temperature of the slag dredger.
