Gasoline and Desiel Marine Loading Arm

Technical Features

• Used for loading and unloading oil products, including gasoline, diesel, HSD, PD, G92, G95, G97, etc.
  

• Each marine loading arm is equipped with 6 swivel joints, the arm can move with 6 degrees of freedom. One insulated swivel joint prevents static conduction between the wharf and the tanker. A grounding system is installed at the bottom of marine loading arm column, and static conductive tapes are installed at both ends of all swivel joints and flange connection.

• The ERC with double ball valve structure can quickly and safely cut off the connection with the tanker in an emergency.

• The wire ropes of drive systems meet the technical requirements of GB / T8918, and the safety factor is more than 5, exceeding the requirements of OCIMF.

• A nitrogen purge system is installed at the top of marine loading arm to remove the remain medium in the main pipeline after loading and unloading is completed.

• ERC can quickly shut off the upper and lower ball valves, disengage the hoop, fully ensuring safety and reliability in an emergency or when the ship drifts beyond the envelope scope of marine loading arm.
